On August, 24 the Lower Southampton Police Department responded to a retail theft at the Giant located in Feasterville.
One week later, the Department identified two subjects.
Samual Thomas, 22, of Bensalem and Jason Hilbert, 34, of Philadelphia have been charged with two counts of retail theft, two counts of receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.
A preliminary hearing for the duo has not been set at this time.
