Three suspects were apprehended Monday for allegedly robbing a store in Feasterville as the most recent of many thefts.
Maryanne McPhilemy, 41, Melissa Griffin, 26, and Richard Caroselli, 40, have eluded police over the past several days after being known to have committed numerous thefts in Lower Southampton Township.
On October 22, 2018 the police were dispatched to the Feasterville TJ Maxx for the report of three suspicious characters.
Officers say they permitted the trio to commit the thefts at TJ Maxx while covering the exits and while store security observed them. The officers recovered the stolen items after making contact with the subjects outside the store.
Police also recovered some suspected illegal drugs and paraphernalia believed to be the only objects that were not stolen. McPhilemy, Griffin and Caroselli all saw the magisterial district justice for an arraignment and then arrived at the Bucks County Correctional Facility after failing to post a $50,000 bail.
