The day has finally arrived for the Superbowl Champion Eagles to host the Atlanta Falcons at the Lincoln Financial Field, and SEPTA is doing everything it can to accommodate fans going to the game.

From 4 p.m. tonight to 1 a.m. Friday morning, all rail travel on the Broad Street Line will be free. This will allow anyone going to the game to not worry about which train to take and how much the trip will cost.

Ten extra Sports Express trains will also be added to the line from 6:05 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. to make sure every Eagles fan can make it to the game on time. These trains will run every ten minutes.

The trains are available through the Free Rides program, sponsored by Miller Lite.

“The Broad Street Line is the best route to all Eagles games and we’re partnering with Miller Lite to offer free rides to kick-off the football season,” said SEPTA General Manager Jeffrey D. Knueppel.

The Eagles and Falcons are scheduled to kick-off at 8:20 p.m., but coverage begins on WBCB 1490 AM at 7:00 p.m. with Merrill Reese calling the game.
