Pennsbury Manor is holding their 7th annual Brews and Bites on Saturday, June 29, 2019. This fundraising event includes beer, food and live music from 3:00-7:00 pm.

Director of Institutional Advancement Sarah Rudich told WBCB’s Pat Walding on Speak Your Peace that “the event will have over 23 local and regional craft breweries and then we have added 4 wineries and distilleries joining us this year.”

This event is for people 21 and over and a valid ID must be presented at the door. The Brews and Bites will not accept outside food or drinks, no children or infants, no firearms and no pets.

People attending can enjoy live music on the river, lawn games and new local distilleries will be added in Bucks County, according to Sarah Rudich. The event will happen rain or shine and tents will be provided if rain does occur. VIP admission tickets are $55.00 and includes four hours of specialty alcoholic beverages which includes wines, beers, ciders and distilled spirits.

VIP admission is limited to 100 tickets. General admission tickets cost $40.00 and includes
three hours of bear tasting and souvenir tasting glasses. A designated driver ticket is $25.00 and will receive a bottle of water and access to the food sampling from 3-4 pm.

There are only 400 tickets in total being sold and they run out quickly. The money from the Brews and Bites will benefit the Pennsbury Society, which is a non profit organization supporting Pennsbury Manor. It’s mission is to ensure the organization continues to grow and succeeds to benefit education.
