Design for Vision has closure after a near week long investigation.

Benjamin Randall, 40, turned himself into the Newtown Township Police headquarters Wednesday.

Randall reportedly stole several pairs of sunglasses worth $1,000 on July 19 with two children in hand. According to video surveillance, the Langhorne man entered the store and shopped for about a half hour. Then he put the merchandise inside the carrying car seats and left the store.

An arrest warrant was issued July 24 after several police tips.

Randall has been charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Judge Mike Petrucci set bail at $25,000 unsecured post arraignment Wednesday.
