A new Wawa location is coming to the Fairless Hills shopping center on Lincoln Highway.
The Falls Township Board of Supervisors approved the new Wawa at Monday night’s meeting. Their approval also gave the thumbs up to demolishing the standing Arosso building.
Wawa will take the place of Arosso, a Touch of Sicily. The restaurant closed its doors over the July 4 weekend, but will open at another location within the same shopping center. Arosso’s new place will be about 3,000 square feet as the owner looks to downsize.
Sitting right off Lincoln Highway, the Wawa will have eight fuel pumps. The total property size is two acres, though the store will be 5,585 square feet.
