Local officials noted several mosquitoes have tested positive for West Nile virus in the Levittown area in recent weeks. Crews from the Bucks County Mosquito Control Program will be returning to Falls and Bristol townships Tuesday.

In Bristol Township the Oaktree and Dogwood sections of Levittown will be sprayed, along with Auburn Road and Beaumont Road.

In Falls Township, Chatham Road and Dunedin Road in the Fairless Hills section will be sprayed.

The mosquito control treatments will be administered via truck-mounted equipment. For more information about adult mosquitoes and West Nile virus visit the state website.
