The Lower Southampton Township Police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting last week.

Logan Nicol, 20, was taken into custody Tuesday. He faces charges of aggravated assault and discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure.

Police say Nicol, who celebrates his 20th birthday April 22, 2020, fired multiple times into a moving vehicle in the entrance of the Eastern Dawn Mobile Home Park. He then allegedly fired off more rounds about half a mile up Brownsville Road.

The LSPD stated they were hoping to locate Nicol before his 20th birthday to “avoid spoiling any party plans.” With the help of the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the Philadelphia Police Department, they succeeded.

Court documents show Nicol is already facing charges of receiving stolen property and retail theft related to a separate incident from last October.

Judge Michael Gallagher set Nicol’s bail at 10 percent of $200,000 and remanded him to Bucks County Correctional Facility.
