Republican Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick and Democratic challenger Christina Finello will face off in their first debate in the race for Pennsylvania’s First Congressional District. As the debate is closed to the public, WBCB 1490 and LevittownNow will be collaborating to livestream the debate online.

Fitzpatrick, the incumbent, is seeking his third term in the House. Finello, an Ivyland Council member, is looking to unseat him.

The debate is set to begin Tuesday, October 6 at Bucks County Community College’s Lower Epstein Campus.

In the past, spectators including students and members of the public have gathered to watch these congressional debates. But due to the pandemic, the event is closed to everyone except members of the media.
