The Pennsylvania State Police are continuing their investigation into a suspected murder victim found on I-295 in Bristol Township. They are asking for anyone with information to reach out.

A passing motorist first reported the body of 31-year-old Joshua McRae last Sunday. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds, according to PA State Police Troop M Spokesman Nathan Branosky.

“This incident remains under investigation by Troop M Criminal Investigation Unit. Anyone who may have information regarding this incident and observed activity in the area is asked to call PSP Trevose at 215-942-3900,” said Branosky on Twitter.

Authorities put out a request last week asking for help from the public. Specifically, they are looking for anyone in the Highland Park neighborhood in Middletown who may have heard gunshots between midnight and 4 a.m. on Jan. 19.

Police say McRae, a Trenton resident, was shot multiple times at a different location then dumped on the highway.

People with information should contact the PA State Police at 215-942-3907.
