With turkey day just days away, Payroll Service Solutions is enlisting professional help from former Flyer Joe Watson to get Thanksgiving dinners for those in need.

Watson will be signing autographs this Thursday, November 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. But signatures from the two-time Stanley Cup champion are only available for those who drop off donations at Payroll Service Solutions located at 900 Jaymor Road in Southampton.

“Charity is really important. It’s nice to be able to help other people,” said Lisa Cerrone with Payroll Service Solutions. “Joe knew we were doing our annual Thanksgiving food drive and offered to come out this Thursday and sign autographs for anybody who is kind enough to donate.”

Payroll is accepting donations in their lobby through November 19. All drive donations will go toward local food banks in Bucks County.

The collection includes non-perishables, gift cards, and other items such as:

  • Stuffing Mix
  • Rolls or Bread Mix
  • Gravy/Broth
  • Canned Potatoes
  • Canned Yams/Sweet Potatoes
