No word whether Democrat congressional candidate Scott Wallace will take Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick’s debate challenge — or release his tax returns.
The congressman’s campaign (Team Fitzpatrick) wants to have the congressional debate aired on WBCB 1490 on Aug. 31.
Team Fitzpatrick said the Democrat challenger, an acknowledged multi-millionaire, has refused to release his tax returns and declined to put a cap on campaign spending and donate proceeds to local charities.
In a prepared press release, the campaign also said Wallace has received “an absurd amount of corporate money” for the upcoming November election. Additionally, the Fitzpatrick camp claimed Wallace has been given ample opportunity to respond.
