The Cornwells Fire Company will be hosting a free family fun night at their fire house located at 2049 Bristol Pike tonight from 6 to 8 p.m.

Chief Engineer Ellwood Bakeoven helps an excited child work a fire hose.

Children and parents can meet the firefighters protecting their community and enjoy the company of Sparky the Fire Dog. The fun includes handling a fire hose, trying on firefighter gear, and a ride in Fire Engine 16.

Firefighters and the Bensalem K-9 unit will each be putting on a demonstration, with the dog officers running through a smoke room obstacle course to show off their prowess. The Bucks County Sheriff’s department will also be there to make Child ID’s and help with the highly anticipated bounce house

A 50/50 raffle will add to excitement and Cornwells t-shirts will be available.
