10,000 holiday lights lit up historic Mill Street in Bristol Borough Thursday evening.
‘Miracle on Mill,’ coordinated by Raising the Bar and sponsored by Bristol Borough’s very own William Penn Bank, celebrates the beginning of the holiday season through festive lights and community participation.
“It’s really a miracle where we have come these last 8 years,” said Bristol Borough Council President Ralph DiGuiseppe. “Everybody in this town deserves a round of applause.”
Bristol Borough and other Lower Bucks residents came out in droves to celebrate the kickoff of the holiday season on “America’s best Main Street,” said one attendee.
The event featured a parade, live music, dance performances, local foods and drinks, and holiday music.
On November 29th, Bristol Borough will host their annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Mill Street, followed by their annual Christmas Parade on the 30th, where residents can see the holiday lights in all their glory.
