Police say the victim, a 35-year-old man, was on southbound I-95 in Bensalem shortly before 4 a.m Saturday morning. At some point near the Woodhaven Exit, he was shot in the stomach.

The man told authorities his attempted killer fired from a dark colored Jeep Grand Cherokee. It’s unclear how many people were in the vehicle, which drove off toward Philadelphia after the shooting.
